SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING TRANSACTIONS
If you are subscribed to any of Simeon Tuitt Directs home business courses, products or monthly hosted softwares and wish to cancel your subscription, if you are subscribed through PayPal you can do this from within your PayPal account immediately by clicking your last transaction and clicking cancel.
Should you be subscribed through our merchant account via a credit card you need to make notice of cancellation at least 5 days before your next scheduled rebill date through our support help desk site at www.Simeon-Tuitt.co.uk, just click 'How Do I Cancel A Subscription', and submit your cancellation request, we will confirm in writing that your subscription has been cancelled.
Any requests received within hours of a rebill will still be charged as your credit card will have a pending charge 24 hours before a rebill and this is why we ask for at least 5 days notice to cancel a subscription and to confirm with you in writing that your subscription has been cancelled, by using our site you accept this term. Refunds are not given for recurring transactions that have not had cancellation requests submitted through our customer support help desk www.Simeon-Tuitt.co.uk within 5 days of a rebill or been called in within 5 days via our office number 0870 489 0145. Last minute cancellations will be cancelled before the next rebill date but your access to the service, software or product will continue for the duration paid for by the subscription.
BOUNCED SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS AND FAILURE TO PAY
As one of the terms of your subscription to any of our products, services or software, you agree to pay the subscription fee until cancelled with notice as stated above or terminated by Simeon Tuitt Direct. If your payment fails to be secured from your card during a re-bill you will be sent an email immediately with a link to update your payment card, you can then update the card to one to process payment from, this will happen everyday until you update the card or add funds to the one we have on file.
Should we have more than 5 failed re-bill attempts without any contact from you as to explain any difficulty you may be having with paying the subscription or to make any payment arrangements, this will be seen as a deliberate attempt to defraud our business through theft of service by not keeping to the agreed terms of your subscription and if you have already received the goods you are in actual fact committing digital theft which is the same as actual physical theft and carries the same penalties.
Should you continue to not update your method of payment after a week to purchase the subscription you have received service or access to, a £10 administration fee will be added to any outstanding amount since we will continue writing to you and trying to reach you to bring your payment up to date.

ADVERTISING AND MAILING LISTS
It is important for you to understand that advertising is service and so are the mailing lists supplied from our site. Our service and mailing lists are non-refundable. There are NO guarantees of success with email marketing or direct mail marketing with rented mailing lists. Some advertising campaigns will have good results and others will not. ANY charge backs (attempted refunds) we receive will be processed as theft of service.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5 % of the purchase price.
