Our Products are shipped from New York City in America.
Delivery
to the UK is within a week and typically 5 days from dispatch
from our fulfilment house which is within 24 hours, but our carrier
states 7 – 20 days as they are shipped by USA Airmail, so I
include their times for reference.
Delivery to
anywhere in America is 2-5 days, sent by USPS First Class Mail.

you order 9 - 12 DVDs or CD products they will be sent by Global
Express Mail which our carrier states 3-5 days for
delivery and has a flat rate fee of £37.97 sent anywhere in the
world.
Should
you request and qualify for a refund within 7 days of purchase, your refund will be minus the cost of
postage above. If you are ordering from the UK or anywhere in or
outside the USA, you will have the above amount deducted from
any refund issued to cover postage and delivery costs.
