14 day "No Quibbles" Return And Refund Policy
THE
MAJORITY (but not all) products
come with an additional 14 day no quibbles guarantee.
This addition guarantee is clearly mentioned
at the time of purchase on the sales page or letter and does not
affect your statutory rights.
However
due to the nature of some additional products offered
from time to time - (which generally contain a legally
binding license or reprint/resale rights) This additional 14 day
no quibbles guarantee is neither advertised nor applicable to these
additional products. A statutory 7 day cooling off period then
applies

Our
"no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in
its original condition within 14 days of the date you received
the item (unless the product was sold as a business package with
a license granting you resell, reprint or duplication rights in
which case you have a 7 day cooling off period in which to
return the item unless stated otherwise on the sales page or
letter).
Returning
items using our 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee is
simple. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process
your refund efficiently:

Write
your name and address clearly on a piece of paper together
with a reason for returning the item.

In
the case of a faulty product, please provide a full
description of the fault on the same piece of paper.

Wrap
the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with
any reprint, resell or duplication licences, manuals and
accessories.
Send
the package together with the note stating your name, address
and reason for return to the address below:

We will
notify you via first class post when we have processed
your return and issued a refund, this may take up to 5 working
days.
For
your protection we recommend that you use recorded / special
delivery to return unwanted items to cover against loss in the
post.
This
returns policy does not affect your statutory
rights.
IMPORTANT:
Items
returned which are NOT covered by the additional
guarantee must be returned within the statutory 7 day
cooling off period and must be returned unopened.
(with all seals and shrink-wraps intact)
Upon
receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for
the item minus any postage and handling fees (on physical
products) incurred by your decision to place the original order.
Please
note: Simeon Tuitt Direct can only accept the return of opened
items (DVDs, CDs, CD-Roms and Audio CDs) if they are faulty.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
AND RECURRING TRANSACTIONS:
If you
are subscribed to any of Simeon Tuitt Directs home business
courses or products and wish to cancel your subscription, if you
are subscribed through PayPal you can do this from within your
PayPal account immediately by clicking your last transaction and
clicking cancel.
Should
you be subscribed through our merchant account via a credit card
you need to make notice of cancellation at least 5 days before
your next scheduled rebill date through our support help desk
site at www.Simeon-Tuitt.co.uk,
just click 'How Do I Cancel A Subscription', we will
confirm in writing that your subscription has been cancelled.
Any
requests received within hours of a rebill will still be charged
as your credit card will have a pending charge 24 hours before a
rebill and this is why we ask for at least 5 days notice to
cancel a subscription and to confirm with you in writing that
your subscription has been cancelled. Refunds are not given for
recurring transactions that have not had cancellation requests

within 5 days.
